At Mineral Heaven, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and reliable delivery experience for our valued customers across the United States. Every order is handled with care and attention to ensure that your health and wellness products arrive in perfect condition and within the expected timeframe.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently offer FREE-shipping to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped from our domestic fulfillment centers to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, high order volume, or carrier delays.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking information.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You may also track your order directly through your account dashboard or by visiting the “Track My Order” page on our website.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with leading carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx

  • DHL eCommerce (for certain regions)

The choice of carrier depends on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side door, garage).

  2. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.

  3. Ask neighbors or family members in case it was received on your behalf.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at support@mineralheaven.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue. Please note that lost package claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately at support@mineralheaven.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will promptly replace or refund the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier regulations and product compliance, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain expedited options)

  • U.S. territories and military APO/FPO addresses at this time

We do not ship internationally at the moment. Our products are currently available only within the United States.

Delayed or Missed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays. These include but are not limited to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Carrier network congestion

  • Public holidays

  • Inventory or fulfillment center delays

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases and will work closely with our delivery partners to resolve delays as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Address Modifications

To ensure fast processing, we begin preparing your order as soon as it is placed. If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order has been processed or shipped.
